Managing projects, large or small, is time-consuming and diverts attention away from operational tasks. I help manage your projects from end-to-end, or a specific part of the project. Furthermore, I manage your key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of your projects. All activities will be properly documented to meet the agreed standards, and in preparation of future audits. 

Major change programmes, such as reorganisation, system implementations or mergers, require a robust and effective project management office (PMO). I help manage the administrative part of a change programme. I ensure that projects are executed in accordance with company's standards  and I present you with a centralised view of the progress and status of in-scope projects.
